The Team TSI Process
Within two hours of placing your order, we’ll give you a call to schedule the service. We’ll enter your job in TSI Tracker and send automated emails with your order details to the vendor and customer. Once you receive this email, you’ll be able to view your project’s status and information in real-time through Tracker’s database.
We’ll send a confirmation email to verify the installation address, equipment availability, and date and time of the installation. Once our technician has completed your project, the order will be updated with photos, scans, VIN numbers, and other relevant information via TSI Formenator.
Once updated, we’ll send an automatic email with a PDF overlay of your project details to the vendor and customer. We’ll also email a customer survey within hours of the service’s completion. These customer survey results and order details will then be available to the vendor online.
