Terms and Conditions-

·        Only "new vendor" installations meet the requirements, no repairs, removals or services qualify for this program. A new vendor is classified as a company that has never completed business with Team TSI and sells their product to the end user that we will install.

·        The programs effective date is 1/1/2010 and all orders scheduled prior to 1/1/2010 do not apply. 

·        Installations must be scheduled and completed prior to 12/31/2010 to qualify. 

·        Reward payout is in 5 unit increments payable in a $50 rewards card. 

·        Registration must be made in advance of scheduling the order. 

·        Qualified installations that do not meet the 5 unit minimum will roll that balance over and be available for use with other qualified installations during the program period. 

·        Not all installations qualify for this program. 

·        These cards are not accessible for cash at an ATM.   

·        Cards must be used within 90 days of receipt. 

·        Unused balances will be lost after the cards expiration date. 

·        Team TSI is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. 

·        Team TSI reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.

·        These cards are for use and valid only in the United States. 

·        Employees of Team TSI are not eligible for this promotion. 

·        Maximum payout for the period is $1,000.
