Through the TSI Process, and utilizing the TSI Tracker, the dispatch department receives all of the incoming orders, contacts the customer and schedules the work in a timely manner. Working closely with the installation department they keep apprised of everything going on in the field and relay this information back to Team TSI management and our vendors and customers. They make sure that all of the information in Tracker is accurate and that the field technicians know of any special instructions. Work orders are forwarded electronically every evening and the next day, all incoming completed data is verified for accuracy.
