web based portal to allow the
manufacturer and their customers to
track orders in real-time from order
inception, through scheduling, shipping
of supplies, onsite installation, order
entry via Symbol MC35 PDA and Intermec
SF51 scanners and finally a customer
satisfaction survey to evaluate our
service levels. This web based system
leverages various technologies to
deliver the ultimate in commercial fleet
vehicle installations. TSI Tracker
captures the vehicle VIN, barcode scans
or input of the equipment serial
numbers, signature capture, 5 photos of
the installation along with other
vehicle and order specific notes via a
Smartphone in the field or internet
connected computer.
