Our History

We started from a single concept - professional installations combined with World Class customer service.

Early in his career, Craig Finlay (CEO) worked with a company that unfortunately took priority in processes and not in the customers they served. After years of frustration, attempting to convince them that the customer is why they existed, Craig moved on.

What a move, launching a new enterprise on a single concept which later became the Team TSI mission. After thoroughly researching the installation, AVL, and radio industry, Craig found that high quality onsite installations combined with World Class customer service just did not exist.

So here we are, over twelve years later. Team TSI has successfully completed in excess of 250,000 installations with the belief that YOU, our customers, are the reason we’re in business.

We incorporate our mission into our daily operations by remaining focused on what's important; to handle every service call and installation with World Class customer service; and also to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in all of our endeavors.
