Now Hiring Vehicle Installation Support Technicians (all markets)

Installation support technician for mobile installation and service support of GPS, AVL (automatic vehicle location system), navigation, laptops, cellular telephone and vehicle telematics into commercial fleet vehicles throughout the US with occasional to heavy travel. Take ownership of customers problems until completion, escalate customer issues to the next level of technical support. Strong installation and customer service skills required. Computer experience a plus, good verbal and written skills necessary. A self motivator who is good at working unsupervised is essential. Outstanding salary, benefits and bonuses.
