Well, it all started as a concept - professional installations combined with World Class customer service.  I was working with a company that took priority in processes and not customer service. After beating my head against the wall for nearly two years trying to get management to see that the customer is why we exist as a company I decided to move on.

What a move, launching a new enterprise on a concept.  A concept which later became the Team TSI mission.  After thoroughly researching the installation, AVL, and radio industry I found that high quality and onsite installations combined with World Class customer service did not exist.

So here we are, five years later. We've completed tens of thousands of installations for satisfied customers throughout the United States.

What's gotten us here
By incorporating our mission into our day-to-day operations we've remained focused on what's important - treating every service call or installation the same way - with World Class, cutting edge, customer service.  And to honor the Lord Jesus Christ in all the company's endeavors.
